This pizza is a great dinner that can feed your whole family. Make your own
changes to the topping to make it your own.
Ingredients
- Half of 1 White Onion
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 3tbsp Vodka
- Parmeson
- 1 cup of Half and Half
- Pre-made Pizza Dough
- Mozzarella
- Pepperoni

- Medium Pan
- Measuring Cups
- Wooden Spoon
- Cheese Grater
- Knife
- Rolling pin
- Metal Pan or Cookie Sheet
- Parchment Paper
- Cutting Board
Warning: Please do not drink vodka while you cook.
Instructions
- To make your vodka sauce pizza first take your pre-made dough out and leave
it to proof for 15-20 minutes in a bowl with some flour in it.
- Shred one cup of mozzarella and half a cup of parmeson.
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees or according to package.
- You should chop your onion into small uniform pieces.
- Then cut your garlic also putting it off to the side.
- Then in a medium skillet put your olive oil on with medium heat.
- Add your onions and cook till transluscent.
- Add your garlic and cook for for a few minutes.
- Add 3 tbsp of tomato paste. Just enough to coat your onions and garlic. Cook for a few minutes
- Add 3 tbsp of vodka, then allow all the alcohol too cook off.
- Add the half and half and mix till fully incorporated.
- Add half of the parmeson and mix into sauce. then turn heat to low.
- Flour a clean surface and place your pizza dough down then using a rolling pin;
Roll the dough to a 3/4 inch thickness.
- Put parchment paper down on metal pan then place your crust on the metal pan.
- Place a thin layer of sauce on the pizza crust.
- Place your mozzarella, pepperoni, and parmeson then a thick layer of sauce.
- Place your pizza in your oven. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Then cut and serve!
