Ham and Gruyere Quiche

This quiche makes a great meal anytime of the day and heats up well we you dont have time to cook a full meal. Create a dish your family will love.
Ham and Guryere Quiche with a slice cut out of it

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • Ham
  • Milk
  • Gruyere Cheese
  • Pre-Made Pie Crust
  • Spinach

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. While your oven is Pre-heating put pie crust in the dish
  3. On your cutting board de-steam your spinach; then cut in half to preferred size.
  4. On your Cutting board cut your ham into small chunks and set aside.
  5. With your plate and grater, grate 1 cup of gruyere cheese then set aside.
  6. In your large bowl crack your 8 eggs into the bowl. Then add 1/3 cup of milk.
  7. Whisk together your eggs and milk till all incorporated.
  8. Then add your ham, cheese, and spinach and mix!
  9. Once your mixture is combined add it to your pie dish and put in oven.
  10. Bake for 45-55 minutes checking on it regularly. Always check the middle to make sure it is fully baked if it moves then it is still raw.
  11. Cut then serve.
