Parmeson and Garlic Tater Tots

These wonderful appetizers are a great way to impress a crowd. They are low matinece enough you can talk to your guest as they cook in the oven.

  1. On a baking sheet put your parchment paper down then add your tater tots on making sure not to overcrowd the pan; Each tot should have 1 inch of space.
  2. Using your small grater grate 1 cup of parmesan then set to the side.
  3. Take the heating instructions from the back of your tater tot and preheat your oven to that tempture. However only cook your tater tots for half the time.
  4. While those are heating up you will make the garlic sauce.
  5. Using a cutting board and knife cut your garlic into small pieces.
  6. In your bowl heat your butter till melted and add your garlic.
  7. Take your tater tots out of the oven and place on a hot pad. Then using thefork press down to flatten them.
  8. Using a spatula pick up section of tater tots and place a layer of parmesan till all tater tots have a layer of parmesan underneath them.
  9. Then using your spoon spread your garlic butter as evenly as you can.
  10. Then put tater tots back in oven to finish cook adding 3-5 minutes onto the original time.
  11. When the tater-tots come out the parmesan should have created a crispy crust.
  12. then serve!
