Lasagna Soup

Stun your guest and with this amazing soup, dont forget to serve it with some toasted bread and parmesan on the side to really elevate it.

  1. Finely chop one white onion and put aside.
  2. Finely chop you garlic and put aside. Tip: Add as much garlic as you want
  3. Clean and de-steam the basil. Then collect your basil and roll into a small cylinder then cut into ribbions.
  4. Take lasagna noodles and break them into smaller pieces, putting back into the box when your done.
  5. Grate 2 cups of parmesan cheese then put aside.
  6. Turn your stove to medium heat and place pot on.
  7. Open packages of ground beef and italian sausage and add to Pot.
  8. Start to cook meat while breaking it up with the spoon.
  9. When the meat is mostly done but not fully cooked you can add the onion.
  10. Cook your onion till translucent.
  11. Add the garlic and italian seasoning and cook for 2 minutes
  12. Then add half(3oz) the tomato paste, mix the tomato paste in fully with the ingredients then let cook.
  13. Add in all the chicken broth
  14. Add in spaghetti sauce
  15. Bring the soup to a boil.
  16. Add the lasagna noodle; Cook till al-dente.
  17. Add in heavy cream; Then bring soup to a simmer.
  18. Add the pre-chopped basil.
  19. Then add in one cup of parmesan Cheese.
  20. Then serve your soups and garnish with left over parmesan.
