Stun your guest and with this amazing soup, dont forget to serve it with
some toasted bread and parmesan on the side to really elevate it.
Ingredients
- 1 White Onion
- Head of Garlic
- 1 Pound of Ground Beef
- 1 Pound of Italian Sausage
- 1 Package of Lasagna noodles
- 24oz Can of Spaghetti Sauce
- 6oz of Tomato Paste
- 5 Cans of Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
- Basil
- 2 Cups of Parmesan
- Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

- 1 Large Pot
- Measuring Cups
- 1 Wooden Spoon
- Cheese Grater
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Instructions
- Finely chop one white onion and put aside.
- Finely chop you garlic and put aside. Tip: Add as much garlic as you want
- Clean and de-steam the basil. Then collect your basil and roll into a small cylinder then cut into ribbions.
- Take lasagna noodles and break them into smaller pieces, putting back into the box when your done.
- Grate 2 cups of parmesan cheese then put aside.
- Turn your stove to medium heat and place pot on.
- Open packages of ground beef and italian sausage and add to Pot.
- Start to cook meat while breaking it up with the spoon.
- When the meat is mostly done but not fully cooked you can add the onion.
- Cook your onion till translucent.
- Add the garlic and italian seasoning and cook for 2 minutes
- Then add half(3oz) the tomato paste, mix the tomato paste in fully with the ingredients then let cook.
- Add in all the chicken broth
- Add in spaghetti sauce
- Bring the soup to a boil.
- Add the lasagna noodle; Cook till al-dente.
- Add in heavy cream; Then bring soup to a simmer.
- Add the pre-chopped basil.
- Then add in one cup of parmesan Cheese.
- Then serve your soups and garnish with left over parmesan.
